About this belt

HD Cleat puts a chevron cleat pattern on the same reinforced carcass as Bulldog Cleat: a special straight-warp weave of two reinforced plies plus an additional binder warp, under heavy-duty cut, impact and wear resistant covers. The cleats are hot-molded to the carrying surface so they become an integral part of the belt rather than a bonded add-on.

Specified for inclined main and side conveyors on mobile crushing and screening plant, where a standard chevron belt would rip or puncture long before the cleats wear out.
